Ratan Tata invited an artist to his Mumbai residence

Among his ardent followers is Asim Poddar, an internationally recognized artist residing in Mango, Jamshedpur. Poddar paid tribute to Ratan Tata and his ancestor, Jamsetji Tata, the founder of the Tata Group, through an art piece.

Displaying his characteristic humility, Ratan Tata graciously invited Poddar into his extravagant residence worth Rs 150 crore in Mumbai’s Colaba. Inside, he commended the artist for his exceptional work, expressing his belief that the youth of Jamshedpur possess abundant talent.
Poddar, who had long aspired to meet Ratan Tata and seek his blessings, found his dream come true that day. He further praised Ratan Tata’s unassuming nature and expressed deep gratitude for the affectionate reception and respect shown by the philanthropist.
